The most important purpose Inside the Bluffs serves is to engage residents of the Bluffs and help build a strong sense of community. With that goal in mind, I have come up with a few ways to give back to those who live in this wonderful neighborhood.

HOW MUCH will I receive and how did you arrive at the amount?
You will be credited $2,687 in escrow. The Bluffs consist of attached homes, the majority of which are three and four bedroom units. There are a few two and five bedroom units as well. I arrived at the amount by having Chad Scott of Schick Allied (view his business card) give my wife and I an estimate (review the estimate) for moving our four bedroom home to anywhere in Orange County. I did this to avoid any confusion over the amount to be credited. If you are moving out of a two bedroom unit, you will probably be reimbursed in excess of your real moving expenses. Or, if you are selling a four bedroom unit and moving a short distance, this amount will cover the majority of your moving expenses. If you go out and rent a U Haul truck and have family members move you then you will be that much more money ahead. I will review this amount every year to keep the “credit” amount current and fair.
WHY would I make this offer?
Anyone taking advantage of this offer is either my neighbor now or will be when escrow closes. We are all living in a time when saving money is important and giving back to my neighbors is my way of saying “Thank You”.
