Another very quiet week with only three changes:

500 Avenida Ladera DOM 15
2168 Vista Entrada DOM 84

Both going to back up offer status

We also had one price change:

500 Playa $815K

It was a relatively quiet week Inside the Bluffs with only one new listing:

One unit moved into pending sale status:

This was a fairly busy week Inside the Bluffs starting with two new listings:

425 Vista Flora 3 bedroom/3 bath at $1,360,000
2229 Vista Huerta 2 bedroom/1 bath at $289K (This property is currently on Hold Do Not Show Status).

Two listings expired:

The properties at 427 Onda and 503 Avenida Campana with the latter returning to the MLS with a new price of $735K.

Two homes moved to pending sale status:

438 Vista Grande (DOM 71)
2130 Vista Laredo (DOM 48)

Three homes went to back up offer status:

2005 Baja (DOM 6)
512 Playa (DOM 20)
558 Vista Flora (DOM 47)

There were two price changes this week:

503 Avenida Campana $735K
2217 Vista Huerta $395,600

The DOM range of 6 to 71 days on the five homes with solid offers is a very good sign that the market Inside the Bluffs is beginning to improve. March 25, 2012: Bluffs Real Estate Week In Review

There were two new listings this week. The property at 2005 Baja (3 bed/ 2 bath) is listed at $535K while the one at 2207 Fiesta (3 bed/ 2 bath) is on the market for $890K. The property at 2456 Vista Hogar sold for $428,900 after being on the market for a little over 100 days. 464 Gaviota returned to the active market with a new asking price of $668K. After being on the market for only one week 1970 Vista Caudal has moved to back up offer status which is yet another encouraging sign for the market Inside the Bluffs. March 18, 2012: Bluffs Real Estate Week In Review

There was one new listing this week at 1967 Vista Caudal. Asking price for this 3 bedroom 2 bath is $788K.

2623 Raqueta sold for $784K after being on the market for 51 days. There is also a pending sale of 2728 Vista Del Oro after being on the market the same 51 days. The property at 525 Avenida Campo is now accepting back up offers after being listed for 54 days. The activity on these three properties all in under 60 days is a good sign for the market here in The Bluffs.

There were two price changes this week. The asking price for 1968 San Bruno is now $535K while the property at 538 Vista Grande is now listed at $769K.

March 11, 2012: Bluffs Real Estate Week In Review

This week saw four new properties coming on the market:

500 Playa (3 bed/4 bath) $825K

512 Playa (3 bed/3 bath) $849K

2201 Fortuna (3 bed/2 bath) $990K

362 Vista Madera (4 bed/3 bath) $899K

The properties at 524 Vista Grande (DOM 63) and 2614 Vista Del Oro (DOM 146) have moved to pending sale status. 671 Bonita (DOM 149) is now accepting back up offers and 428 Vista Suerte has been changed to “hold do not show status”. There was only one price change this week that being the property at 526 Vista Grande which is now listed at $710K. All in all a fairly busy week Inside the Bluffs which ended with 28 properties for sale 7 of which are in “back up offers” status.
