The property at 2456 Vista Hogar sold for $428,900 after being on the market for a little over 100 days. 464 Gaviota returned to the active market with a new asking price of $668K. After being on the market for only one week 1970 Vista Caudal has moved to back up offer status which is yet another encouraging sign for the market Inside the Bluffs. <p>2623 Raqueta sold for $784K after being on the market for 51 days. There is also a pending sale of 2728 Vista Del Oro after being on the market the same 51 days. The property at 525 Avenida Campo is now accepting back up offers after being listed for 54 days. The activity on these three properties all in under 60 days is a good sign for the market here in The Bluffs.</p>
<p>There were two price changes this week. The asking price for 1968 San Bruno is now $535K while the property at 538 Vista Grande is now listed at $769K.</p>
