I have been a resident of the Bluffs since 1982 and have spent the last 40 years in sales, marketing, and advertising. In the early 2000s, after helping to take a local software company public, I thought I was ready for retirement. Having never had the time to learn the game of golf or how to bait a hook, I soon became bored with the “good life” and decided to use my considerable professional resources to build a residential real estate company specializing in Bluffs properties.

Passion for the Bluffs

Having lived on the beach for the previous 10 years, I was not sure I was ready for “suburbia” as I called it back then. I wasn’t here long, though, before I realized what a wonderful community I was living in and what an excellent real estate investment The Bluffs offered.

I purchased a cute little two bedroom place at 2132 Vista Entrada in 1986 and two years later sold it for a tidy profit of around $75,000. My next purchase was 2210 Vista Hogar across the street from the running track at Corona Del Mar High School. I spent ten wonderful years there with my two sons before purchasing my current residence at 2440 Vista Nobleza. Almost thirty years later I reside four doors down from where my Bluffs experience began and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trade it for any other place in the world.

The Bluffs offer some of the most affordable homes in Newport Beach and for nearly three decades I have been tracking their values. I will put this experience to work for you whether you are looking to buy, rent or sell property in the community I call home. Unlike many realtors I have chosen to limit my real estate activities to just the area I know. I am not interested in showing you homes on the Balboa Peninsula, in Big Canyon or Newport Heights nor would I feel comfortable telling residents of those communities what the value of their property is.

Relaxed in my approach, but serious about my responsibilities, I promise to set new standards for sales and service. I am a master negotiator in tune with all economic trends and possess an innate understanding of my clients’ lifestyles. When an individual purchases or sells a home it is usually one of the largest transactions they will make in their lifetime.
